Trusted worldwide
At JCR Leeds, accuracy isn’t optional, it’s the fundamental factor of everything we do.
Our in-house DynoCom 6000FX All-Wheel-Drive Dynamometer delivers the precision and repeatability that modern tuning demands.
This is not a simple rolling road; it’s a mechanically linked, fully synchronised 4WD dyno designed to replicate real world driving conditions with absolute control, ideal for testing Haldex, Quattro, xDrive, and 4MATIC performance platforms.
The DynoCom 6000FX AWD is part of a proven family of professional dynamometers used by some of the world’s leading automotive brands and tuning facilities.
DynoCom systems are trusted by OEM manufacturers and product developers including Ford, Nissan, Tesla, Tremec, Borla, and HKS, as well as hundreds of tuning and motorsport operations across Europe, North America, and Asia.
This global reputation for accuracy and durability is exactly why JCR chose DynoCom, it delivers repeatable, data-driven results that tuners and engineers can rely on.

Advanced Cooling for Real World Accuracy
To replicate realistic airflow and engine bay conditions, our dyno cell is equipped with a Dyno Blowing Systems F75 frontal cooling fan - one of the most capable systems available.
Delivering up to 75 m/s of laminar airflow, the F75 simulates true road-speed conditions, ensuring consistent intake temperatures, proper intercooler performance, and reliable ECU sensor readings throughout every run.
This level of cooling is rarely found outside OEM or motorsport test environments, giving JCR Leeds customers genuine on-road accuracy under controlled conditions.
Why Linked AWD Matters
Modern performance vehicles, particularly VAG models using the EA888.3 /EA888.4 engine platform such as the Golf R, S3, TTS, and Cupra Ateca feature complex torque distribution systems that constantly monitor wheel speed, traction, and load balance.
Testing these vehicles on a non-linked dyno (or by temporarily disconnecting the prop shaft to simulate 2WD) creates unnatural drivetrain conditions that can trigger traction control faults, mislead torque readings, and in some cases risk mechanical stress.
The DynoCom 6000FX’s mechanical linkage keeps both axles rotating in perfect sync, exactly as they would on the road. This ensures the car’s Haldex or 4Motion system operates normally, providing accurate, repeatable data from all four wheels — vital for precise ECU calibration, health checks, and performance verification.
In short: if you drive an EA888-powered AWD vehicle, a linked dyno is the only way to achieve true, safe results.
Integrated OEM+ ECU & TCU Remapping
As an authorised RacingLine OEM+ Technical Centre, JCR Leeds offers bespoke ECU and TCU remapping directly on the dyno.
Using genuine RacingLine Performance software, we fine-tune both engine and gearbox calibrations in real time to achieve the perfect balance of power, torque, and drivability, with full dyno verification to prove the results.
Every calibration is tested on our DynoCom 6000FX with F75 cooling to ensure factory-level smoothness and OEM reliability, backed by detailed before-and-after dyno graphs for complete transparency.
Customer Benefits
