Orders are fulfilled from our own stock, directly from manufacturers, or via authorised UK distributors.
This ensures fast access to genuine parts, reduced lead times, and complete confidence in every purchase.
When UK stock is available, our goal is to have your order delivered within 48 hours of confirmation.
Delivery Information
UK Delivery Only
We currently supply and deliver within the United Kingdom.
If you are based outside the UK and wish to purchase, please contact us for advice or alternative arrangements.
Dispatch & Fulfilment
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- If the item is available in the UK supply chain, it will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation.
- Depending on the product, fulfilment may occur from our own stock, directly from the manufacturer, or via an approved UK distributor to ensure the quickest turnaround.
- Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.
This fulfilment structure allows us to maintain a wide range of products and efficient delivery without unnecessary delays.
Delivery Times
- Standard UK delivery is typically 1-3 working days after dispatch.
- All courier deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
- If a delay is expected, we will contact you promptly to offer alternative options.
Stock Availability
We work closely with UK suppliers and manufacturers to ensure genuine products and accurate availability.
As stock levels can fluctuate, please contact us to confirm lead times if your order is time sensitive.
Performance Parts Workshop Appointments
If you have booked a workshop appointment with JCR (Leeds) LTD for fitting parts purchased through us, we will:
- Notify you when your item has arrived or is ready for dispatch, and
- Confirm or reschedule your fitting date if needed to ensure availability.
This process helps to avoid any disruption or disappointment with scheduled bookings.

Even when an order is dispatched from a partner supplier, we remain responsible for every order placed with us.
Returns & Refunds
We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase.
If you wish to return an item, you must complete our Returns Authorisation Form and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) before sending any goods back.
Returns Authorisation Form
Before returning any products, you are required to complete the JCR (Leeds) LTD Returns Authorisation Form, available on our website or by request via email at info@jcr-leeds.com.
This form must be submitted and approved before any items are shipped back to us.
Once reviewed, our team will issue a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and confirm the correct return address.
Returns sent without both a completed form and valid RAN cannot be processed.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unfitted, unmodified, and in their original packaging.
- All fixings, fittings, and documentation must be included.
- Custom-made, special order, or non-stock items are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Returns Notice Numbers remain valid for one calendar month.
- Used or installed items are not eligible for refund.
Refund Conditions
If supplied correctly
- Within 14 days: Full refund of goods and outbound delivery cost (customer pays return postage).
- After 14–28 days: Returns may be accepted at our discretion with a 20% handling fee; shipping costs are non-refundable.
- After 28 days: Returns not accepted.
If supplied incorrectly or faulty
- Within 28 days: Full refund, including outbound and return delivery charges.
- Returned items are inspected before refund approval.
- If found not faulty, they will be returned at your expense.
Return Shipping
- For correctly supplied or unwanted items, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Use a tracked and insured courier.
- For incorrect or faulty goods, reasonable return postage will be reimbursed once verified.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 working days of receipt and inspection, and confirmed by email.
Warranty & Aftercare
All items sold by JCR (Leeds) LTD are genuine products supplied through authorised UK distributors or directly from the manufacturer.
They carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty where applicable.
We handle all warranty queries and coordinate with suppliers to ensure fair and timely resolution.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
